Our return policy is simple and straightforward: we value your business and support and we will do everything we can to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!
Coupons
- Promotional coupons apply only to specified products. Coupon codes will always be accepted by the site if active, but will not apply any discounts to ineligible products. We reserve the right to clarify which products are eligible. Visit our General FAQs for a list of our standard exclusions.
- If no products are specified, coupons will apply storewide, with the exceptions of luxury goods (including Vineyard Vines products and Hillflint products), chairs and lamps, and certain collaborations. These products can, however, be discounted in other circumstances, but only when explicitly specified.
- Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon codes. However, coupons can be used in conjunction with on-site markdowns.
- All promotional coupons only apply to the store specified by the campaign, and will not be eligible for use on any of our other stores.
- Any coupons found offsite will most likely be inactive.
