How does Covid-19 outbreak affect the Harvard Shop's physical stores?

At the Harvard Shop, we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers. Due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker ordered all non-essential businesses to cease in-person operation. As a result, all three physical stores in the Harvard Square (Mt. Auburn, JFK, and Garage) will remain closed until further notice.

 

Does Covid-19 outbreak affect the Harvard Shop's website or online shopping?

Your shopping experience on the Harvard Shop website will not be affected at all. However, there might be slight delays in the shipment of some orders. We appreciate your patience and your continued support for our student-run business in this turbulent time.

 

Can I still go to the Harvard Student Agencies location for in-person inquiries?

Currently, all the HSA employees, including the Harvard Shop managers, are working from home. Please refrain from visiting the Harvard Student Agencies for in-person inquiries and email us instead.

 

How do I contact the Harvard Shop managers during the outbreak?
