Refund Policy

Return Policy

We are dedicated to your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be simple and clear: we value your patronage and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at thsorders@hsa.net and inform us that you will be sending back an item. Return your purchase to the following address:

The Harvard Shop
Attn: WEB RETURNS
67 Mount Auburn Street
Cambridge, MA 02138

Note: Chairs, lamps, frames, rings, and sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if you return your item within 30 days of purchase. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Please note, you will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Should you have completed these steps and still not received your refund, please contact us at thsorders@hsa.net.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you desire an exchange, return the original product using the specified return address. Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges. Subsequently, or even beforehand if desired, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Gifts

If the item was designated as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed about your return.
