Frames

Please allow up to a month for a frame order to be shipped as they are produced and then shipped directly from the manufacture upon purchase.

Domestic

All domestic orders will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delays caused by the USPS or during customs examination after the order has been shipped are beyond our control. Customers must contact USPS directly to deal with any shipping problems after the product(s) has been sent out. The shipping time estimates are averages.

All U.S. domestic orders across the 48 contiguous states will be eligible for free shipping. Domestic orders that do not satisfy this condition will be eligible for free shipping on orders over $99. 

International

International orders are sent by First-Class or USPS Priority International. Shipping time estimate vary depending on the country of arrival. Please contact USPS for any issues with customs or receiving your product after it has been sent out.

We are not liable for delays due to an incorrectly entered or incomplete fulfillment address. To change your billing or fulfillment addresses after you have placed the order, email us at thsorders@hsa.net. If possible, respond to the confirmation email our system sends after an order is placed. This allowed for quick and accurate tracking of your order.

Partial Fulfillment Policy

If your order consists of an item which is currently out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and offered a shipping refund or exchange. If your order consists of multiple items, one of which is out of stock, we will fulfill the rest of the order, and proceed with the out of stock item separately. 

In the case that there is a delay with your order, please use an email that you normally check. This will be the main channel for communication from us if we have any questions of problems. Similarly, our shop is not liable for any damages if attempts to communicate with a customer are not received in the case of a delay.
