Shipping and Handling Policy
Please allow up to a month for a frame order to be shipped as they are produced and then shipped directly from the manufacture upon purchase.
All domestic orders will be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and international orders are sent by USPS Priority International. Delays caused by the USPS or during customs examination after the order has been shipped are beyond our control. The shipping time estimates are averages.
Our system by default uses USPS Priority Shipping, which on average takes 2-3 business days to reach domestic addresses. Domestic expedited shipping options are also available, although they are not displayed on our ordering system. Requests for expedited shipping (1 business day guaranteed) should be made first by calling our shop at (617) 495-3043. If no answer is given, please send an email to email@example.com with your phone number and we will contact you as soon as possible.
We are not liable for delays due to an incorrectly entered or incomplete fulfillment address. To change your billing or fulfillment addresses after you have placed the order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, respond to the confirmation email our system sends after an order is placed. This allowed for quick and accurate tracking of your order.
Partial Fulfillment Policy
If your order consists of an item which is currently out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and offered a shipping refund or exchange. If your order consists of multiple items, one of which is out of stock, your order will be delayed until our team has contacted you requesting your choice in proceeding with the matter.
In the case that there is a delay with your order, please use an email that you normally check. This will be the main channel for communication from us if we have any questions of problems. Similarly, our shop is not liable for any damages if attempts to communicate with a customer are not received in the case of a delay.
