Our return policy is simple and straightforward: we value your business and support and we will do anything to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!
Refunds or exchanges will be given in the form of the original payment within two weeks of the receipt of the returned merchandise (typically in the form of a credit to the credit or debit card used to place the order). To cover the cost of shipping, The Harvard Shop will issue a partial refund for all domestic orders. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for international orders that were correctly issued and non-defective.
