How to Measure
Neck Measure around the middle of your neck (at the Adam's apple) keeping the tape a bit loose.
Chest Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.
Arm Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center of your neck, measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down to your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length.

    "I had to pay for return shipping because the two shirts I ordered were sent in ridiculously wrong sizes. Instead of an XL Dad shirt I was sent a tiny size small. Instead of a women's medium I was sent an XL. I wonder if I was pranked because the sizes were so obviously off. I had to spend time sitting in traffic to get to the post office and return them at my own expense on a busy work day. Disappointing. However the mug, keychain, and pens were nice."

    "Shipped quickly. Size was as advertised. Very excited to wear our Harvard Mom and Daf shirts in honor of our recent Honors Master Degreed Harvard Grad! Only snag is that the neck of my Mom shirt was caught in the envelope seal and received a tear in the collar when envelope was opened. Hope my hand stitching keeps it from unraveling."
