Shipping Includes Handling Cost
Shipping times will depend on location, but we always ensure that your purchases are shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. Since we are a student-run business with student employees, orders placed after 1:00 pm Eastern Time will be fulfilled on the next business day. Fulfillment occurs every business day, Monday through Friday.
Frames
Please allow up to one month for a frame order to be shipped, as frames are produced and then shipped directly from the manufacturer upon purchase.
Domestic
All domestic orders will typically be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delays caused by USPS or during customs examination after the order has been shipped are beyond our control. Customers must contact USPS directly to deal with any shipping problems after an order has shipped. The shipping time estimates are averages.
All orders shipped to any U.S. state or territory that total $75 or more are eligible for free standard shipping.
International
International orders are typically shipped by First-Class Mail or USPS Priority International. Shipping time estimate vary depending on the destination country. Please contact USPS for any issues with customs or receiving your order after it has shipped.
We are not liable for delays due to an incorrectly entered or incomplete shipping address. To change your billing or shipping addresses after you have placed an order, email us at thsorders@hsa.net. If possible, respond to the confirmation email our system sends after an order is placed. This allows for quick and accurate tracking of your order.
Partial Fulfillment Policy
If your order contains an item which is currently out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and offered a refund or exchange. If your order consists of multiple items, one of which is out of stock, we will fulfill the rest of the order, and proceed with the out of stock item separately.
In the case that there is a delay with your order, please use an email that you normally check. This will be the main channel for communication from us if we have any questions of problems. Similarly, we are not liable for any damages if attempts to communicate with a customer are not received in the case of a delay.
