If you get an error using an ineligible Harvard email, reach out to us at thsorders@hsa.net.
Use your Harvard email at checkout and enter code STUDENTSAVINGS. The discount applies when you hit "Continue to Shipping". Accept marketing so you receive the latest product drops, promotions, and discounts.

If you are within one year of attending and do not have a Harvard email, email us proof of your Harvard student ID and we will send a personal discount code.

GroupGear is a branch of The Harvard Shop, fulfilled by a separate team. They provide convenient, inexpensive custom products for campus clubs, conferences, and organizations, many of them student led. To place a custom order, visit groupgear.com.
Alma Mater is another branch of The Harvard Shop with made-to-order merchandise for Harvard students. Delivery takes 6 to 8 weeks, and these products are not eligible for discounts.
CS50 is Harvard's intro computer science course, taught at Harvard College and on edX worldwide. We partner with CS50 to provide course merchandise at cs50.harvardshop.com. CS50 products are not eligible for discounts.
You can get your official Harvard Diploma Frame, plus desk accessories and letter openers, through M.LaHart & Co. They offer frames for a range of degrees in several designs.
All transactions go through M.LaHart & Co. For any questions about their products or an order placed with them, contact M.LaHart & Co directly. Harvard Shop discounts do not apply to M.LaHart & Co orders.

The discounted price is calculated pre-tax and excludes shipping. Vineyard Vines, chairs and lamps, rings, frames, Balfour gifts, M.LaHart gifts, and other standard exclusions are not eligible for discounts or promotions.
At the top right of the first checkout page (Information), there is a box labeled "Gift card or promotion code." Enter your code and click apply. You will see the price change just below.
We accept all major American credit card brands. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You'll select a delivery method at checkout. Please allow 1 to 3 days of processing before your order ships, especially during busy seasons.
Shipping notice: customers are responsible for international customs fees and duties.
Yes. However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur from international duties.
Orders over $99 shipping within the United States are eligible for free shipping.
Shipping time depends on location. We're a student-run business, so please allow 1 to 3 days of processing before your order ships. Fulfillment runs every business day, Monday through Friday.
Email us at thsorders@hsa.net to let us know you'll be returning an item. Then ship the item with your receipt to:

Include the personal information you used to place the order. For domestic returns, you pay return shipping, but we'll refund the original shipping cost to streamline the process.
Chairs, lamps, frames, rings, and sale items are not eligible for return.

Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store
Pick up your online order at 65 Mt. Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA 02138. You'll be notified by email when it's ready. Bring your order number to present to the sales associate at pickup.
It takes approximately 2 to 4 business days to process your order.
An email is sent to you once the order is ready for pickup.

Changes cannot be made once an order is placed. A return can be processed in store instead.
Your order number (THS#) and name.
Chairs, lamps, and flags cannot be returned.
Orders can be picked up for 10 days after we notify you they're ready. At 7 days, you'll get a reminder that 3 days remain. At the 10 day mark, you'll be refunded 75% of your purchase, and The Harvard Shop retains 25% for restocking costs.
If the order isn't picked up within 10 days of the ready notification, we refund 75% of the order value and keep 25% for restocking costs.
