As a fully student-run business, we want to be transparent with our shipping policies. Please note that our shipping times do not include processing time. Our team of dedicated students works diligently to process your orders as quickly as possible, but it can take a few extra days to get your order ready to ship.Once your order is processed, we will ship it out to you as quickly as possible. However, please keep in mind that shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier's schedule. Click here to track your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping. If you feel the issue was the fault of The Harvard Shop, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number with any questions or comments, where our customer service staff will be happy to help.
