Harvard Shop is a branch of Harvard Student Agencies, which is the world’s largest student-
run corporation. Along with the classwork and extracurricular activities that I am pursuing,

efficient customer service. That being said, the FY13 management team hopes to maintain
the fundamental principles and integrity of our shop and operations as an apparel shop. These
