How can I tell if a product is in stock?
If a product is listed on our site, that means it is in stock. In the rare case that we are unable to provide a product or service after you place your order, we will notify you immediately and issue you a refund as quickly as possible.

How can I tell if an item is shippable?
Unless explicitly stated in the item description, the item probably cannot be shipped. HSA is dedicated to serving primarily the Harvard University community, making it unnecessary to ship most items.

Can I modify my Shopping Bag?
Yes, you can change quantities or remove items from your Shopping Bag as many times as you would like. Be sure to click "Update Quantities" to apply any quantity changes you make. If you remove an item by mistake, simply navigate back to the product page and add it again.

How long are items kept in my Shopping Bag?
Items will be saved in your Shopping Bag for up to 24 hours, assuming you do not delete your browser's cookies in the interim.

How do I proceed through the check out process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the "Check Out" button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process. If you do not already have an HSA account, you will need to create one, which you can use to track your order and place orders in the future without having to re-enter all your information. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

What is a fulfillment address?
For orders that are shippable, the fulfillment address is your shipping address. For orders that are not, the fulfillment address is your contact address.

How do I apply a promotional or gift certificate code to my order?
If you have a promotional code, you must enter it on the Shopping Bag page. Once you click "Apply," the discount will be applied immediately and the changes will be reflected in your order total. If you have a gift certificate code, you can enter it on the payment page during check out.
